pressofusione di alluminio, zama, ottone e
stampaggio materiale plastiche in genere.
Nei settori tecnici più comuni come l’industria dell’auto, l’elettrodomestico,
rubinetteria, casalinghi e altro. Dispone di fresatrici ad alta velocità
ed erosioni CNC con campo di lavoro operativo MAX1600X800X1100 mm. e di
sistemi CAD CAM. La O.M.SI.L. ha un’elevata capacita lavorativa mensile che abbinata
alla notevole esperienza degli operatori garantisce un servizio puntuale e di
alta qualità. Su richiesta del cliente può fornire lo studio e l’ingegnerizzazione di
nuovi prodotti, con la possibilità attraverso un servizio di prototipazione rapida,
di toccare con mano la funzionalità e l’estetica del prodotto prima di avviare la
costruzione dello stampo. Tutti gli stampi vengono corredati da:
. Copia progetto per la fonderia / stamperia
. Certificato qualità dell’acciaio impiegato
. Certificato del trattamento termico
Su richiesta si eseguono i rilievi dimensionali del pezzo stampato su macchina
di misura, e la simulazione del processo di riempimento con software procast e
mold flow.

Our Company has forty-years of experience in the construction of die-casting moulds
for aluminium, zamac, brass and for casting plastic materials in general.
Our products
are designed for the following very common technical sectors: automotive, household
appliances, taps, houseware and others. We have high-speed milling machines and
CNC erosion systems with a MAXIMUM operating field of 1600X800X1100 mm. and
CAD/CAM systems. The high monthly production capacity of O.M.SI.L., combined with
the operators’ wide experience guarantee timely, high-quality service. Product study
and engineering are carried out on the customer’s request. The rapid production of
prototypes makes it possible to test the functionality and aesthetics of the products
before constructing the mould. All moulds are accompanied by:
. A copy of the project for the foundry/moulding plant
. A quality certificate concerning the steel used
. A heat treatment certificate
A measurement machine makes it possible to make dimensional surveys on the
moulded pieces. The filling process is simulated by means of the Procast system and
of the mould flow software.
